Florentino Perez has reportedly decided to keep Zinedine Zidane as Real Madrid Coach.
‘AS’ reports a source close to the President confirming Zizou will remain, having been appointed in January from Real Madrid Castilla when Rafa Benitez was sacked.
Zidane has overseen the closing of the gap between Madrid and Barcelona to a single point and on Wednesday Los Blancos qualified for the final of the Champions League.
It’s said that Madrid’s progression to the showpiece, in Milan on May 28 against Atletico Madrid, had no bearing on the decision, which was made weeks ago.
